By using HiveStyle at hivestyle.hive-secure.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What HiveStyle provides

HiveStyle is a free beta tool that generates AI-powered outfit suggestions from garment photos. It is provided as-is, without warranties of fitness for any particular purpose. Outfit suggestions are generated by third-party AI models and may not be accurate, practical, or appropriate for all users.

Your responsibilities

• You must supply your own valid API keys for Google Gemini and OpenAI. You are responsible for all costs incurred on those accounts.
• You must only upload images of clothing you own or have the right to photograph.
• You must not use HiveStyle to process images of other people without their consent.
• You must not attempt to circumvent, abuse, or reverse-engineer any part of the service.
• You must comply with the terms of service of Google and OpenAI when using their APIs through HiveStyle.

AI output disclaimer

Outfit suggestions are generated by artificial intelligence. They are not personalised styling advice. Results may be inconsistent, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Hive-Secure accepts no liability for decisions made based on AI-generated output.

API key security

In the current beta, your API keys are stored in your browser's local storage. You are responsible for the security of your own keys. Hive-Secure recommends creating API keys with low spending limits specifically for use with HiveStyle.

Intellectual property

The HiveStyle name, logo, and application code are owned by Hive-Secure. AI-generated images are produced by OpenAI's gpt-image-2 model; rights to those images are governed by OpenAI's terms of service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hive-Secure is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of HiveStyle, including API costs incurred through your own keys.

Changes

These terms may be updated before the paid version launches. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
